Job summary
Are you keen to join a motivated group of Registered Nursing Associates within LNWH NHS Trust? This is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and dedicated team of health professionals who is able to influence and improve patient and ensure that our patients get the best experience possible.
There will be opportunities to develop your nursing and leadership skills while enjoying a different challenge every day. We have available posts in specialist areas as well as General Medicine with the possibility of a rotational programme.
Successful candidates will receive full orientation as well as educational support to further develop your clinical skills. You will have support from both management and our highly experience clinical team for all your development needs.
Main duties of the job
Our Multidisciplinary Teams are passionate about working together to provide high quality, evidence based, compassionate and patient-centred care.As a Nursing Associate you would help support the Ward in all aspects of clinical care and be focused on patient safety, patient experience and quality Improvement.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well be a team player who is able to work within a busy environment, working with the team to provide the best care for the patients. In return we can offer you a supportive environment where staff are supported and encouraged to develop clinical knowledge and skills.If you are committed to making a difference, with flair and passion, this will be the ideal opportunity for you.We are willing to support a rotation if you are interested in more than one speciality area.
