Job summary

This is an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join Human Resources as a Human Resources Officer providing dedicated support for HR Policy group and cross cover for Job Evaluation and Employee Self-Service.

Main duties of the job

The key elements of your role will be to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support at HR Policy group, maintaining and updating Policy action log and tracker.
  • Ensure information is appropriately and securely stored, filed and easily retrievable, using or setting up relevant systems utilising the functionality of Caje, MS office or ESR.
  • Provide information to managers on job evaluation process and processing and monitoring job evaluation requests.
  • Provide frontline customer service and support ESR portal access and other queries received via Employee Self-Service (ESS) inbox.
  • Support HR systems administration, including the creation and amendments of user accounts, password re-sets, whilst ensuring governance protocols are followed.
