Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Registered Nurses Band7 to join the established site management team at LNWUH NHS Trust.
The post holder will be expected to utilize operational and clinical knowledge as necessary to provide outstanding quality care and to maintain and further improve patient outcomes.
To ensure the safe and appropriate placement of patient's, support efficient patient flows and optimal use of the trusts bed stock.
Ensure national & trust targets are achieved.
Respond to the 'out of hours' site management issue that arise.
We are looking for dynamic and motivated nurses with excellent communication skills, reliable, dependable with a positive, flexible attitude and innovation in problem solving and committed to improving the patients experience to join the team.
