You will work closely with the Service Manager, Clinical Director and Clinical Lead and will be supporting the management of a busy outpatient department , as well as community based services and supporting the management team to ensure that patients are seen within the national targets for 18 weeks RTT .
The successful applicant will be a team player; you will be a confident and clear communicator, with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team and to be the first point of contact for your clinicians.
Knowledge of national targets (RTT, cancer and diagnostics) and hospital systems are essential.

Main duties of the job
- Support the day to day operational management of the service
- Line management of outpatient booking staff cross-site
- Active contribution to the delivery of "patient centered" services
- Support clinic management across Trauma and Orthopaedics.
- Responsible for cross site management including NPH, Ealing and Central Middlesex Hospital.
