Job summary
The Postholder will work across sites to signpost and support staff to relevant Wellbeing & Engagement resources. The postholder will be a friendly and approachable face to LNWH and will assist with the on-going development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of Wellbeing & Engagement programmes for Trust staffs.
The Postholder will promote Wellbeing & Engagement initiatives according to work plan and strategy requirements. The post holder will work as part of a team and independently, while managing and prioritising own workload.
Main duties of the job
- To support in the delivery of the Staff Wellbeing & Engagement service objectives for London Northwest University Healthcare (LNWH) Trust.
- To actively participate in wellbeing rounds, which involve visiting different departments or teams to assess staff wellbeing, identify concerns, and offer support including offering health snacks and beverages.
- To assist in the management and coordination of wellbeing lounges or designated spaces where staff can relax, recharge, and access wellbeing resources.
- To ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and availability of resources in the wellbeing lounges, such as relaxation materials and mindfulness resources.
- To create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the wellbeing lounges, encouraging staff to utilise the space for their wellbeing needs.
- To engage in open conversations with employees, actively listen to their needs and challenges, and provide guidance and resources where appropriate
