Job summary

An exciting opportunity is waiting for a receptionist/administrator for paediatric rainbow ward at Northwick park hospital

Main duties of the job

  • To work as part of the Hospital multi-disciplinary team, providing an efficient administrative and reception service
  • To book patients' follow-up appointments
  • To act as first point of contact for day care and paediatric assessment unit for the public and members of the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all patients, visitors and staff are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner at the reception and via telephone.
  • To support the service management team, to facilitate workload
  • To act professionally and courteously at all times.
  • Comply with all Trust policies including Data Quality and the Access Policy.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff team members and to attend all Mandatory training.

Adhere to Trust policy with regards to the sensitive information that patients are providing
