Job summary

Band 4 - IEP Administrator

We are seeking to recruit 2 IEP Administrators at Central Middlesex Hospital and Northwick Park Hospital to handle the day-to-day system administration of the Image Exchange Portal (IEP).

You will provide application guidance, support and resolutions to issues/problems for IEP as well as importing and exporting imaging on external media.

The role will involve work with the Elective Orthopaedic Centre (EOC), due to opening at Central Middlesex Hospital in November 2023. The elective Orthopaedic Centre will see over 4,000 Londoners a year for routing bone and joint surgery when it opens in November 2023.

Main duties of the job

To support and advise the PACS Manager to ensure effective distribution of available hardware and software, with due consideration to clinical need and value for money.

Help produce written and verbal reports on the performance of systems and system problem.

Testing of new IEP connections for the London North West University Hospitals NHS Trust.
