Bank Safeguarding Information Assistant

Job summary

The Safeguarding Team at EMAS provides a vital specialist function in protecting vulnerable patients. This includes the processing and coordination of all safeguarding and care concern referrals submitted by EMAS staff.

Following the current post holder's successful external promotion, we are seeking to recruit a Bank Safeguarding Information Assistant to support the team on an ad-hoc basis

Main duties of the job

Key Requirements

  • Strong computer and data-processing skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

  • Willingness to undertake full training and validation (provided)

Hours & Working Pattern

  • Average of 8 hours per month, with the potential for additional hours on Bank Holidays

  • Working days will typically be Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays

  • Flexible, ad-hoc bank arrangement
