Job summary
Based within the Nottingham Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), the post holder is primarily responsible for devising, preparing and delivering training interventions and assessments to meet organisation needs and initiatives. This relates to training for both new and existing Non-Clinical EOC staff and external bodies when required.
Main duties of the job
Main duties include:
- Identify training needs through monitoring performance and assisting staff to reach and maintain the Trusts Performance standards and contribute to delivering quality patient care.- To ensure training is completed as necessary, the post holder will be required to work across both EOC sites as required.
- Provide a support role in the EOC when required.About us
