Job summary
The Safeguarding Team at EMAS provides a specialist function in protecting patients, this includes processing all safeguarding and care concern referrals completed by EMAS staff.
Due to the current post holding securing an external promotion we are looking to recruit a new Bank Safeguarding Information Assistant working on an ad-hoc basis to support the team.
Based within the safeguarding team, the successful candidates will direct all safeguarding and care concern referral forms from EMAS clinical staff to the appropriate agency. You will need to have good computer skills and be able to multi task to support the referral process. Full training and validation of training will be provided.
With an average of 8 hours a month, with additional hours on Bank Holidays. Days of work will be Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

The successful applicant will be home based reporting to the Safeguarding Leads and Head of Safeguarding.
