Job summary

A vacancy has become available for the role of a Request Fulfilment Analyst within the IM&T Department located at Nottinghamshire Divisional HQ, located on Beechdale Road, Nottingham.

This is an office based role and the candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be hard working and motivated to provide high standard of customer service within a busy IM&T Department; possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with the minimum of supervision within the existing team. Basic office skills required, no previous IM&T technical or procurement experience necessary.

This role will be the central point of contact for all IM&T purchases, including hardware, software and contract /support renewals.

Previous experience of ITIL or working in a similar role are desirable, but not essential

Main duties of the job

Be responsible for day to day procurement activity working closely with suppliers, Procurement and Contracts provider and Finance teams ensuring all IT supplies and services are procured at cost effective levels and that invoicing, and payment follows Trust financial standards.

Support and monitor the IM&T contracts database and maintain and administer the procurement database and ensure all information is up-to-date.

Be responsible for day to day IM&T stock (asset) management working closely with the wider IM&T department to ensure all software and technology related hardware asset & configuration items are managed throughout their lifecycle, this includes asset tagging equipment.

Job responsibilities

Provide support for asset depreciation, providing forecasts for replacement programs, refreshes and renewals and support Service Delivery Coordinator in identifying new products and costings and co-ordinating the testing and introduction of new models.

Manage the fulfilment of requested items in a timely manner to support the business needs of the organisation.

Work with the Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure the customer facing service catalogue is kept up to date with the latest make, model and price and review the backend workflows to ensure these requests continue to be managed as efficiently as possible.

Provide support to Service Delivery Coordinator on the analysis and payment of telephony billing providing reports to senior IM&T management with recommendations of cost savings.

Be responsible for day to day mobile phone administration including liaising with third party suppliers.

Be responsible for day to day management of the Privileged Access Scheme (MTPAS); maintaining and updating data.

Be responsible for ensuring request fulfilment is customer focused, promoting the customer service ethic and acting as the customer advocate.

Identify service improvements and input into the development and implementation of their work area service improvement plans.

Act as a key member of the IM&T Team and contribute to furthering the aims and objectives of the service.

Be responsible for ensuring specialist knowledge is kept up to date, attending training and gaining qualifications when appropriate.

Ensure that system integrity with regard to Patient Confidentiality and data security in line with ISO27000, the General Data Protection Regulations, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Caldicott Report is not breached.
