Ambulance Support Team Member - Boston

Job summary

An exciting opportunity for an Ambulance Support Team Member based at Boston Ambulance Station. The post holder will carry out ambulance cleaning and preparation duties to set infection control standards and ensure that vehicles are ready to respond to emergencies. The post holder will also be required to drive ambulances and other Trust vehicles between bases as part of their normal duties.

The successful applicant needs to have 2 GCSE's (Grade C or above) or equivalent/provide evidence, which shows an ability to apply knowledge in a structured way. A full driving licence with no more than 3 points for SP30 is required.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with good hand eye coordination, work under pressure and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have to be able to work as part of a team, but also on own initiative. Relevant previous work experience would be an advantage.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will help us excel in the service and care given to patients.
