ThisroleisforaDeputyChiefOperatingOfficer working directly to theCOO,providing senior operational and strategic leadership ensuring the effective provision of health and care services across theorganisation. Therolewillleadandbeaccountableforthedeliveryofoperational clinicalservicesingeographicalareas. The post holder will be accountable for the coordination and delivery of high quality and safe clinical mental healthservices, working in partnership with Medical Directors, professional leads and wider partners for health and care delivery. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring flexibility in capacity tomeetdemandand deliverboththelocalqualityandsafetyagendaand all service targets. The role will lead in driving key opportunities across the trust to support integrated working acrossservices as well as across mental health and specialist services, to ensure they deliver key improvements for our patients and carers. It will ensure the effective implementation of pathways, supporting the emergence of Integrated neighbourhoodworking and ongoingworkSouth London Partnership. This role will need torepresent services in relevant forums, in particular beresponsibleastheTrust's representativeintheplace -based partnerships and integrated carebasedpartnershipsand carepathways, feeding into system level delivery for SE London footprint.
