Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, confident, hardworking and self-motivated individual with proven administration experience to join the administration team and support the operational delivery of key SLP Programmes. The role will suit an individual who enjoys working in a challenging and busy environment, are a team player and can work on their own initiative.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will be responsible for providing a proactive, comprehensive administrative service to SLP Provider Collaborative programmes, enabling programme teams to operate effectively and efficiently. This will include supporting key meetings including formal minute taking, organising and planning for events, preparation and maintaining of meeting documentation and ensuring that programme administration is completed to agreed timescales. The postholder should therefore have the ability to act independently, prioritise workloads and quickly attain a good understanding of the SLP and its subsequent programmes.The SLP collaborates with a number of stakeholders within our partner trusts and across South London, therefore, as one of the first points of contact you will play a crucial role in ensuring good stakeholder experience and positive image of the service
