Main duties of the job

As a Recruitment Administrator at SLaM, you'll enjoy:

Supporting DBS renewals, right-to-work verification, and professional registration updates

Handling routine enquiries and general correspondence

Ensuring accurate data entry in the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system

Maintaining organised filing systems for recruitment and staff records

Assisting at Recruitment Open Days across Trust locations

Responding to candidate queries promptly and professionally

Ensuring full utilisation of recruitment systems and adherence to procedures

Welcoming office visitors and providing accurate information or referrals

Managing sensitive data in line with the Data Protection Act

Completing Disclosure and Barring Service checks as per policy

Ensuring all documentation is in place before provisional start dates

Verifying candidate ID in accordance with Trust policies and legislation

  • Experience of working within a Human Resources/Recruitment environment
  • Experience of using Trac or an alternative recruitment system
