An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Team Administrator to join our Croydon MH Primary Care Support Service team for the Croydon Directorate South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Working closely with nursing staff and the Admin Lead.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will have robust organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and will also be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel. The post holder will be comfortable with IT and be keen to learn new software packages and processes.

  • oSecretarial/business qualification ECDL

  • Previous experience of handling confidential information (A) (T)
  • Previous demonstrable experience of developing and implementing administrative systems (A) (I) (T)
