Job summary

Are you looking for your next exciting role within the field of People & OD; one which challenges the norm and brings creative solutions to the practice of employee relations?

If so, then this might be the role for you!

We are at the beginning of an exciting journey to transform our People & OD function to deliver a proactive and effective customer-focused service to meet the challenges of the future. As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will work alongside a team of likeminded colleagues to collectively play a pivotal role in providing high quality educational and operational employee relations activities in line with a 'Just & Restorative Learning' culture, underpinned by our values and behaviours framework.

You will comprehensively manage a complex case-load across a broad range of employee relations matters, which aligns with legislation, best practice, case law, and local policies. Operating as the subject matter expert for employee relations, you will provide a high-quality advisory and support service to facilitate early resolution of workplace matters - understanding organisational challenges and risk and providing solutions to mitigate against this.

Leading with compassion and striving for excellence, you will work in close partnership with our stakeholders to positively influence and shape the future direction of employee relations activities through the successful execution of your role.

You should be person-centred, solution-orientated with sound judgement and the ability to professionally challenge. Effective and timely communication is critical to the success of this role and, as such, you should possess high quality interpersonal skills. If you are committed to excellence and really making a difference to the front line care services, we'd love to hear from you.
