Job summary
Lambeth NHS Talking Therapies is looking to recruit a part-time 2 days/week) LTC team lead with key responsibilities around planning, managing and evaluating the delivery of the long-term health conditions pathway and services within Lambeth NHS Talking Therapies
You will work closely with the rest of the management team to promote and support the delivery of the service.

Main duties of the job
The post:
To coordinate and assist in further developing the Lambeth Talking Therapies (IAPT) LTC pathway and service aimed at the delivery of specialist psychological assessment and therapy for adults with anxiety and depression in the context of various long-term conditions and delivery of integrated LTC care.
To facilitate and manage the Long-Term Conditions Working Group
To attend monthly LTC IAPT lead meetings/ Mental Health Transformation meetings and disseminate information linked to this
