Job summary
The benefits manager will carry out analysis of complex qualitative and quantative data and information providing decision-makers and management with the insight on expected benefits identified within the Our New EPR Programme.
Provide administrative, project management and operational support to the Head of PMO supporting and working with the programme's project managers, collating benefit reports and monitoring progress. Organising meetings, events and co-ordinating the use of programme and project resources.

Main duties of the job
Fulfilling the role of benefits manager, managing all the programme documentation.
The post holder will need to co-ordinate and organise a range of services to support the programme and project managers. Plan and organise meetings and events.
Provide an efficient and effective benefit management function to the programme director and manager.
Create, maintain, and develop a benefit management system that can be used effectively to record benefits, monitor progress and identify issues, risks and problems.
Perform robust analysis of a broad range of data and information. Engaging with programme and project stakeholders.

To provide expertise and leadership to senior programme members and key stakeholders in benefits management practices including identifying and quantifying,
valuing and appraising, planning, realisation and reviewing benefits.
Liaises with, supports and coordinates the work of senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsors and will also support project teams in integrating change management and benefits activities into their project plans.

To implement standard project management methodology approaches to ensure robust planning and delivery of key strategic decision making and prioritisation processes.
Promote and demonstrate continual development and knowledge of all national data

- Extensive previous experience in the NHS or similar relevant experience
- Project Management Qualification or equivalent experience
