The ideal candidate will have experience working in mental health and a demonstrable record in phlebotomy and ideally with paediatric patients. A strong knowledge of point of care testing would be of benefit. You will ideally be registered with the phlebotomy association. However, if you have not and are willing to develop into this role then we would still be interested in hearing from you.

Candidates will need to have a 'can-do' attitude, be enthusiastic, well-motivate and innovative, with good organisational and practical abilities. This should be supported by well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to support individuals and wider team.
The successful candidates will be employed directly by SLAM and will be required to work across all Trust sites as required. This is an on-site post and not suitable for remote working.
