Job summary

The role of the post holder will be to provide overarching programme management function into one of the Trust's most high-profile programmes; a new clinical and research facility for children and young people (The Pear's Maudsley Centre).

The post holder will demonstrate a methodical and structured approach to programme management, governance and decision making and stakeholder management to support delivery of this partnership programme.

  • 1.Experience of organising and administering meetings and teleconferences, including producing agendas and meeting notes (A; I)
  • 2.Experience of working to very challenging deadlines and managing conflicting priorities (A; I)
  • 3.Experience of dealing with senior managers and securing their time and input for meetings and agreed key tasks (A; I)
  • 4.Experience of collating financial and written information and management reporting from a range of sources and producing accurate, high-quality reports and presentation packs for a range of internal and external stakeholders (A; I)
  • 5. Basic Project Management knowledge (A; I)
  • 6. Prioritisation and time management skills. (A; I)
  • 7. IT literate and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft applications including: oWord oPowerPoint oExcel oOutlook (A; I)
  • 8. 4.Good report writing and presentation skills (A; I)

Desirable

  • Experience of working collaboratively with clinicians and managers (A; I)
  • Experience of providing administrative support as part of a project team or project management office function (A; I)
