Job summary

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our front of house Admin team based at The Pier Road Project.

The Pier Road Project is integrated service for adults living in the London Borough of Bexley who are experiencing substance misuse problems. We also support families and friends of those affected.

As a service we pride ourselves on being a friendly and supportive. Staff are actively encouraged to access training and further their professional development. This is supported by an experienced, skilled, and highly knowledgeable multidisciplinary team with strong supervision, reflective practice and appraisal structures.

South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Addictions Clinical Academic Group deliver inpatient, specialist and community substance misuse services across a number of Southeast London Boroughs including Bexley, Lambeth, Richmond and Wandsworth.

We are part of a larger organisation, which is closely associated with Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College and the National Addictions Centre. This provides us with access to extensive research and academic opportunities.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the multi-professional team with regards to the processing of clinical documentation, managing queries and data entry.
  • To deliver a high standard of customer care
