You will lead on Digital Learning Solutions for synchronous and asynchronous digital learning and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the digital learning provision. It offers an opportunity to support the design, development, delivery and platform eco-system for world leading mental health and wellbeing education and training nationally and internationally.
You will use your experience in Digital Learning Solutions, using evidence-based approached and proven methodologies, to create world class digital learning solutions to support the education and training offer of Maudsley Learning.
Main duties of the job
Combine creativity with proven expertise in Digital Learning Solutions for world class digital learning products and services
Support the Head of Digital Learning to grow the digital learning portfolio to learners across the world anddevelopment of the Digital Learning Strategy
Lead on Digital Learning Solutions to ensure a smooth learner experience from digital front door to ongoing access
Work closely with digital learning developers, instructional designers, learning platforms specialist, Subject Matter Experts, Product Development, Service Delivery, Media Production teams and other staff to plan and manage excellent learning experiences, both synchronous and asynchronous, to meet the established high standard of education delivery by the department
Lead and project manage the full development lifecycle of the digital learning portfolio, overseeing the day-to-day work of the Digital Learning team and contributors to solutions, using suitable project management approaches, such as Agile, and workflow tracking tools
Report to the Head of Digital Learning and liaise with the Business Intelligence Manager in the initiation, planning, monitoring and reporting against performance and KPIs on the full programme of works for digital learning

LEADING DIGITAL LEARNING SOLUTIONS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Support senior management in the department to deliver strategic goals and lead on innovation digital learning solutions
- Focus on embedding the Trusts values, behaviours and competencies in the day-to-day activity and the culture of the Trust
- Lead on digital learning solutions for courses and programmes of learning to ensure the expertise of SME is suitably communicated and the learning needs of target audiences are appropriately met by using evidenced based pedagogical approaches, requirements analysis techniques and proven methodologies, such as ADDIE, grow a portfolio of world class digital learning solutions
- Support the Head of Digital Learning and, where appropriate, lead on the commissioning/procurement of suppliers for digital learning solutions to meet the goals of the digital learning strategy, ensuring all processes are compliant with the Trusts procedures
- Lead members of project teams, including subject matter experts, designers, developers and other areas of specialism, to deliver solutions underpinned by evidenced based approaches, building relationships, awareness and capability in digital learning solutions

- Provide creative and innovative solutions to digital delivery of the existing portfolio of courses by applying requirements analysis techniques, pedagogical principles to a continuous improvement cycle informed by research and evidence, and build excellent rapport and relationship with clients and subject matter experts
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Learning, Product Development and Income Generation teams to develop proposals to generate new business
- Share expertise in Digital Learning Solutions with colleagues, subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that the needs of all customers are met with a multi-professional approach
