Location - South Kensington (the team is split into 2 hubs, our other hub being based in North Kensington, St Charles Hospital, so staff are occasionally based on skill mix and service asked to work in the other half)

Main duties of the job

Nursing, turning lives around and improving patient's wellbeing,the reasons you looked to become a Nurse.

  • On-siteshadowing foryouwith our services during the first two weeks, so that you can get a feel of all the areas and what they do to participate in the well-being of our patients. This includes Psychiatric liaison, etc.

To be an active member of the integrated HTT multidisciplinary team and provide individually tailored care packages for adults of working age, and their families/carers, who have severe and enduring mental illness.

To work in a therapeutic, client-centred way and use a range of evidence-based interventions to help promote recovery through individual or joint working with other professionals.
