Addictions Directorate Clinical Trainer and Project Manager

Job summary

The post holder will work across CNWL's Addictions services to deliver training to staff across the Directorate on a comprehensive range of addictions harm, treatment and recovery. Training will primarily focus on the Recovery Workforce but will extend to clinicians and other health social care professionals. They may also provide training as required to wider Trust colleagues, external stakeholders and members of the community.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for developing, promoting and delivering an audience-appropriate training programme for staff and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and levels of experience, incorporating evidence-based care and best practice.

The Addictions Directorate with CNWL Foundation Trust is a large, well-established provider which offers a wide range of specialist NHS substance use and behavioural addiction treatment interventions to the diverse and multicultural populations across Central and North West London. Our services include community services, family therapy services, A&E liaison, National Gambling Service and a Club Drug Clinic.

  • Maters degree in relavent subject
