Across our organisation we have a thriving set of active staff networks to promote inclusion and communication with our diverse workforce (BAME, LGBTQ+, 50+, Disabled Employees, Women's, Carers and Lived Experience of Mental Health) and staff will have access to a range of personal, financial and wellbeingbenefits.
