Main duties of the job
The role will be based in the Research Delivery Service at Noclor NHS Research Office, hosted by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. This role also involves working across multiple organisations within Noclor Partner Organisations to oversee the work of the Research Delivery Teams, ensuring that our service users have access to research opportunities. At least 80% of the role will be spent across Delivery Team bases, with the remainder based remotely.
You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges of research delivery in the NHS, particularly withinmental health & dementiaservices. You should have an in-depth knowledge of the applicable regulatory frameworks, the role of the NIHR RDN, and the metrics that successful Research Delivery Teams are expected to meet. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, good organisational skills, flexibility, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
