Job summary
To be responsible for providing administrative support to a team, which will include word processing, receiving and disseminating information, maintaining electronic database/s, general reception duties and other administrative tasks to assist the Liaison and Diversion Team in carrying out a range of clinical/non clinical activity efficiently and effectively?
The post will be supervised and the post holder will be required to work as part of a support team assisting other administrative staff, sharing work and providing cover for leave purposes as necessary.
The post holder will be providing administrative task for the Liaison and Diversion Practitioners based Willesden Magistrate's Court, Harrow Crown Court, Wembley and Colindale Police Custody.
Main duties of the job
- Completing monthly data submissions
- Minute taking for meetings
- Office diary management
- Organising own calendar and diary
- Maintaining and updating the teams share drive
- Answering office phone and mobile phone to support other partner agencies with requests
- Sharing information with partner agencies
- Responsible for managing team emails
- Ordering equipment and supplies for the team
- Attending admin and data meetings and feeding back to the team
- Scanning and photocopying
- Supporting/ covering other admin staff with meetings

The CNWL Liaison and Diversion teams are part of a highly respected and innovative service that works currently across health and social services and the criminal justice system in central and North West London.
The post holder will work as an integral part of the Liaison and Diversion Team. This could include liaising with Service Users and Carers, legal representatives, Probation & Social Services, Police, Housing, Community Mental Health Services, Inpatient Services, GP's and various internal and external statutory and voluntary support agencies and departments.
