Job summary

CNWL have run a High Intensity CBT Training course for over a decade. The course is highly successful and respected. Due to an expansion in training commissions we are seeking two part time course tutors/supervisors to work with our team. You will join a highly experienced team of CBT trainers and supervisors and receive support and supervision of supervision in this exciting role. Some experience and training in behavioural couples therapy is also of advantage.

The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.

Main duties of the job

To provide training supervision to s small group of CBT trainees. To work as an academic advisor with trainees. To carry out an agreed amount of academic assessment as well as teaching of skills sessions. Opportunities to participate in delivering formal lectures and workshops are also available.

The CBT training department is a highly active and successful group of experienced trainers and supervisors. We have successfully established on of the largest CBT programmes in the country and have expanded our work into providing training in CBT Supervision, Long Terms Health Conditions as well as Behavioural Couple Therapy. Working with us will allow you to develop your skills and interest in training the next generation of CBT therapists
