Job summary

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Community Speech and Language Therapy Service. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, forward-thinking team providing high-quality care to adults across a range of community settings.

The post holder will support individuals with a wide variety of communication and swallowing needs, enabling people to maximise their independence, safety, and quality of life.
