Job summary
Due to promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join the Community Outpatient Physiotherapy Team in the Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland area.
The service receives referrals from many sources including Consultants and GPs and operates from a number of different venues in the Middlesbrough area.
Applications are invited from Physiotherapists who have post graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy as well as an interest and enthusiasm in this field. The team is friendly and supportive and senior specialists and the Clinical Lead offer clinical supervision and support.
The role may involve working at any one of our 4 sites ( One Life, Guisborough Hospital, Redcar Hospital and East Cleveland Hospital ) and could involve rotating around the sites as per service need.
Successfulcandidate must have access to a vehicle for work purposes to meet the requirements of the role.
Main duties of the job
To assess and treat patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions.
Successful applicants will also be part of the wider Physiotherapy Team in the trust. Staff are supported in their continuous professional development through an In-Service Training Programme, workshops and clinical supervision. Participation in audit and research is encouraged.
