Job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated receptionist administrator to join the Trinity Holistic Centre team. Working days are expected to be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesday finishing at 7pm.

The role would suit a candidate who can empathise with others, cope with sometimes distressed patients and balance competing demands on time.

The ideal candidate will be a confident IT user, with previous administrative and customer/patient facing experience and the passion to deliver excellent patient care.

Main duties of the job

To ensure that visitors to the centre are given a warm welcome, and to ensure that patients and families are treated sensitively and professionally.

To oversee the appointment booking system (SystmOne), ensuring that administrative processes support the effective running of the centre and that queries are dealt with in a timely manner.

To deal with email and telephone enquiries to a high standard, using excellent communication skills.

To book rooms and manage the flow of the centre, including during busy clinic times.

To carry out procurement activities to purchase resources for the centre.

To take card and cash payments and carry out banking activities.
