South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a Project Support Manager to support the

Network Management Team which includes The Chair, Regional Operational Delivery Network

Manager, Clinical Lead and Education and Training Lead.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join and support the ongoing establishment of a new Spinal Cord Rehabilitation Network across the North East, Cumbria and Yorkshire. The Network is looking for an excellent Support Manager to join their relatively new and growing team. The management team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills for this pivotal supporting role. The post-holder will need excellent organisational and administrative skills in order to confidently deliver a range of different tasks and meet deadlines. The post-holder will need to be able to work independently in a complex environment and to have a can-do approach. The successful candidate will have good data management/analysis skills, and be technologically adept. Good attention to detail and working knowledge of Spinal Cord Injury services is essential. In return, the successful candidate will be well supported by the team, and offered a varied and interesting role.

Main duties of the job

This is a varied and exciting role, the primary aims of which will be:

  • to provide administrative support to the Management team (The Chair, Regional Operational Delivery Network Manager, Clinical Director, Lead Nurses and Managers)
  • to manage network events
  • to support network projects
  • to manage network data
  • to manage communications and updates across the network to wider stakeholders
