The post holder would work across acute and community settings over a large geographical area, including Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland, Hambleton and Richmondshire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and motivated individual to work within the tissue viability team. You must be passionate about patient safety, enthusiastic about exploring new ways of working and a team player to help in the overall delivery of the trust improvement plan.
Main duties of the job
Your duties will include: supporting the tissue viability nurses with an extensive programme of education and delivering sessions to non-registered clinical staff, students and volunteers, Audit and data collection, service improvement projects and ensure safe and effective practice in all aspects of tissue viability to ensure best practice is achieved according to national and locally agreed standards/policies.

Leadership and Improvement Training
South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff to the Trust; this training programme has been designed to support our leaders in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills. You will be expected to attend the New and Aspiring leaders programme, and the Foundation Quality Improvement Programme that the Trust delivers. After you complete this one and a half day of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
