Clinical Fellow, Dermatology DERMATOLOGY

You should be fully registered with the General Medical Council and Dermatology experience is required, preferably within the NHS.
Main duties of the job
The Department of Dermatology, James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough
The Dermatology service for Teesside operates on a hub and spoke model, with the hub based at JCUH. The spoke services are at University Hospital of North Tees, University Hospital of Hartlepool, The Friarage at Northallerton and One life on Linthorpe road, Middlesbrough.
The Dermatology outpatient service is centered on a dedicated purpose-built department which has a suite of consulting rooms, a dedicated theatre for day surgery and facilities for phototherapy, photochemotherapy, patch testing and iontophoresis. An in-house seminar room provides a library, computer access and projection facilities.
The department is co-ordinated by an Outpatient Nurse manager with responsibility for the dedicated Dermatology outpatient nursing team including specialist skin cancer/surgical nurses, paediatric nurse specialist and biologic and systemic drug monitoring specialist nurses.

The Dermatology outpatient service at UHNT operates from a designated suite of rooms in the General Outpatient Department. There are phototherapy facilities. The service is supported by a dedicated core of Dermatology trained nurses.
