Job summary
Ward 9 is a 32 bedded respiratory ward. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join the ward nursing team, applicants for all posts must be able to demonstrate genuine desire to work within this speciality and be committed to delivering high quality patient centred care.
Our patients are central to everything we do; our nurses provide high standards of care with commitment, compassion and competence. Our teams are innovative and forward thinking with an honest and transparent culture.
We are looking for staff who have experience in working within the Health care sector.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate should be well motivated, enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills. It is expected that the applicant work as part of the team; using their initiative whilst delivering an excellent standard of care and service to our client group.
To work within the MDT team in an respiratory inpatient ward, caring for patients with cancer.
Main Responsibilities:
-Personal Care.
-Taking Observations.
-Pressure area care.
-Catheter Care.
-Patient Surveys/Audits.
-Record keeping.
-Working individually and as part of a team.
