Job summary
A vacancy has arisen within the ICT Applications Support Team for a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Clinical Systems Trainer to join a team of staff in the development, maintenance, support of the ICT systems. The post holder will be part of the dedicated team specialised in supporting the training and delivery of existing IT systems; mainly voice recognition technology (FFT), Evolve Clinical Noting for letter generation and electronic storage for around 1,100 clinical and support staff across the South Tees Trust sites. The post holder will also be part of the training for the communications system called Vocera, which will initially be introduced for 100 medical staff and which may grow in the future.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the Trust's ICT Systems Support Services Team providing all aspects of initial and support training for voice recognition software, Evolve and Vocera.
The successful candidate will assist in the ongoing development of the service to achieve corporate objectives in line with the Trust's strategic framework and in accordance with agreed technical standards.
Extensive experience in the training of voice recognition software and workflow is essential. Experience in the training of Evolve Clinical Noting is essential. Experience of Vocera is not essential but is desirable as the post holder will receive training as part of the Vocera implementation.
The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level or an equivalent professional qualification in a computer related or training discipline. An excellent working knowledge of delivering adult training, creating training plans, stakeholder engagement, managing change process and administration workflows and a keen interest in system technologies is required along with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
