Job summary
The post holder will be a key member of the e-rostering team and will facilitate the delivery of the project by supporting all associated rostering processes. The post holder will also provide systems administration support and training required for future electronic rostering project implementations and on an ongoing basis.
Main duties of the job
- Assisting the team with the administration of the all packages associated with the e-rostering system
- Undertake the rostering support role
- Provide daily phone support to End Users
- Completing any other project support and administrative actions required to facilitate a successful outcome of the project or any projects associated with use of the E-rostering/Safecare systems
- Provide system administration ensuring accurate maintenance of data within the system, allocation of appropriate user responsibilities and troubleshooting of issues / errors
- Maintenance of high-quality data within the system through data cleansing
- Support the project manager and project support team as required
- Provide support day to day for users diagnosing and remedying errors or malfunctions where able
- To provide data on an ad hoc basis as required
- Attend meetings, take notes, type meeting minutes and collate agenda's
- To collect and prepare activity data as required including efficiency indicators on roster production, utilisation of staff and performance of the software
- To participate in analysis and audit of information produced by the e-rostering/Safecare systems
- Understand the clinical governance requirements for all areas to ensure Rosters are being administered accordingly.
- Responsible for the production of detailed reports for Manager
