Team Administrator - Learning Disabilities

This role is offered on a permanent basis. The hours are part-time, 13.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the CheltenhamLearning Disability Services Team. This is a full time post or part time may be considered for a job share for the right candidate. This post provides support to the team, service and our patients.

The successful candidate will work as a part of a team providing comprehensive and confidential Administration support to the Learning Disability multidisciplinary team in accordance with the requirements of the service as led by the Team Manager and Locality Support Services Manager.

Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders. the post holder will directly contribute to the efficient running of the Learning Disability service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work to provide administrative support to within the Learning Disability Services.

This would include being confident in using a number of office systems and be able to maintain/update information of the Trust's patient information system (RIO). Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including colleagues and members of the public via telephone and/or in person, ensuring at all times that a professional approach is presented.The role would also include actively supporting team meetings - co-ordinate, collate and ensure accurate and timely distribution of papers, as needed. To ensure that Minutes are accurate, well written and presented, and effectively distributed in a timely manner.

As a highly valued member of the Admin support team cover when required to meet the service demands,( including providing support with recording of leave, sickness absences and bank shifts onto the relevant computer systems as directed by the Team Manager. To support with organisation of induction packs, interviews, time sheets and documentation relating to recruitment paperwork and support with the MDT meeting (minute taking) .
