We have two exciting opportunities available to join our team as part of Transforming Care Digitally (TCD) Programme.
What is Transforming Care Digitally?
Transforming Care Digitally (TCD) is a strategic programme launched in 2024 by Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. Its mission is to strengthen digital capabilities across the organisation -- improving patient care, supporting clinical teams with effective digital solutions, and raising digital maturity across the Trust.
Working within the TCD Programme means being part of a team that is shaping positive, Trust-wide change. We are supportive, innovative, and forward-thinking, and we're looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and attention to detail.
Main duties of the job
About the Role:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Full time in the office for induction period. Once trained hybrid working will be facilitated with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
As a Senior Clinical Systems Configuration Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with clinical services to ensure systems align with clinical workflows, enabling staff to work more effectively.
- Configure and optimise clinical systems to improve usability, efficiency, and overall experience.
- Ensure that digital solutions support safe, high quality and accessible care.

This high-level overview shows we are in a healthy position, with higher scores than average for comparable organisations, alongside a great response rate, indicating good staff engagement. However, we also know we have plenty of room for improvement in many areas. To that end, we continue to prioritise and invest in our commitment to genuinely becoming a Great Place to Work with consistent top-quartile performance in the annual staff survey and Pulse surveys.
