The role of the CMH Project Support Administrator is to support the Programme Implementation Manager and be part of the wider CMH programme team in its day-to-day programme delivery.
The Project Support Administrator will work on the work streams are being delivered by any member of the CMH department. Also including monitoring, reporting and supporting in the delivery of those projects and work streams personally with the Programme Implementation Manager
The post holder will be part of the core team that will manage real time communications with staff and partners on the status of CMH projects, liaising directly with other teams and services as required.
The post holder will need to develop an understanding of, and work with, the range of CMH projects and MH policies to enable change. This will require close working as part of the wider department as appropriate.
Main duties of the job
Provide support to project workstreams to manage the delivery of key change work activity.
Acting as a point of contact for the project team for incoming internal and external communications.
Including project progress monitoring and chasing. Undertake simple data analysis and production of project reports/charts as required.
Understanding various Community Mental Health Projects and to attend meetings as required and provide appropriate documentation.
To log queries for the project teams and where appropriate liaise with partners.
Ensuring that day-to-day management of the programme meets the trusts reporting and governance standards.
Providing administrative support for directorate's project meetings, including the collation and sending of papers, as well as the minuting and action taking.
Organise and where appropriate support in the hosting of programme specific meetings, talking attendees through required documentation such as RAID logs.
