Job summary
We are very excited to be able to offer an Occupational therapist a full time Band 6 post within our well established multi-disciplinary recovery team based in Cirencester.
The Cirencester Recovery Team work within the principles of recovery and social inclusion to provide assessment and evidence based interventions for adults experiencing serious and enduring mental health difficulties. You will be motivated, conscientious and reliable with experience of working in a community setting, a car driver, able to care coordinate a caseload (within the CPA policy) and have basic IT skills. We are able to offer flexible working.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding and high level of commitment to the recovery process and social inclusion.
You will be supported in your continuous professional development and supervision is in place to support (your) provision of a high quality service.
The post holder will hold a professional qualification in Occupational Therapy with Health Professional Council Registration and be able to; manage a caseload, travel independently, have IT skills; AMPS training is preferable and experience of working in a Community setting is required.
Supervision and continuing professional development will be integral to this post.
