Development Opportunity Available: We also welcome applications from candidates who are currently working at Band 5 level and are seeking a development opportunity, with a potential to grow into a Band 6 role in the future. Appointment at Band 5 will be considered for suitable applicants who demonstrate commitment and development potential; progression will be subject to meeting the required competencies and performance standards.

Main duties of the job
About the Role:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (30+ hours can be considered)
- Location: Full time in the office for induction period. Once trained hybrid working will be facilitated with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
As a Senior Clinical Systems Configuration Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with system users, providing high-quality advice and support to Trust staff
- Configure and optimise clinical systems to enhance efficiency and usability
- Quickly develop expertise in key systems, such as RiO, SystmOne, IAPTus, Systems For Dentists and Lillie (full training provided)
- Lead on system improvements, change management, and development projects
- Handle business-as-usual configuration tasks and ad-hoc queries, ensuring seamless system functionality
- Conduct in dept testing (functional, regression, acceptance)
- Develop templates, forms, and clinical system workflows
