Job summary
We are looking to appoint to a Band 3 Admin and Clerical Role. This post will support both Musculoskeletal Advanced Practitioner Service and Adult MSK Physiotherapy Teams based at Southgate Moorings, Gloucester.
The successful post holder/s will work closely with the MSKAPS Team with support Physiotherapy Team and the Countywide Adult MSK Physiotherapy Service when required.
Main duties of the job
You will require a good understanding of electronic systems, be competent in the ability to register, process and allocate staff to appointments in accordance with the ledgers and in a timely manner. SystmOne knowledge would be desirable but training available.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, hardworking and efficient, with the ability to prioritise your work throughout the day, to work within our fast-paced services.
The post holder may also be required to support the clinical staff on occasions with set tasks.

Ensuring accurate and timely production of work, maintaining an office management system for MSKAPS by dealing with day-to-day administrative duties and electronic systems accurately and efficiently.

To work with the wider MSK Services clerical and professional teams to ensure smooth running of the service and patient satisfaction, enhancing patient flow and expectation with in the pathway.
