You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of services including adults, later life, low secure and rehabilitation. We have a number of exciting projects underway across the division and you will work closely with key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of these
As a leader you will hold a professional registration and have proven leadership experience with a focus on delivering quality and innovation.
Main duties of the job
To deliver this you will be a proven leader with a strong clinical background in mental health and will bring to this role the knowledge and commitment to support our continued service development, quality improvement and innovation.
The Deputy Service Director will play a key role in leading a designated suite of services alongside deputising for the Service Director as required.
Success will be measured by the following key criteria:
Improved outcomes and experience for service users, their families and carers for the designated services
Improved/ efficient use of resources for the designated services
Improved staff satisfaction within the designated services
Continuous service improvements for the designated services
Effective & timely support to the Service Director to ensure achievement of the wider divisional objectives
