An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the GHC Leadership Team for CMHT Transformation. Working with colleagues with lived experience, commissioners, primary care networks and VCSE organisations.
The post will focus on GHC community team engagement and supporting existing teams to moved towards a more integrated team approach with VCSE and primary care as locality networks across Gloucestershire.
This is a fast-moving program of change with opportunity to make a real difference in how future services are designed and led. Coproduction and service user/carer/professional design are key principles of the programme.
We are looking for an experienced mental health professional with enthusiasm and a proven record of engagement and organisational change.

Main duties of the job
The Clinical Implementation Manager for Community Mental Health Transformation (CMHT) Programme. The post holder will clinically lead the delivery of the transformation programme across GHC community teams, primary care and VCSE providers.
The delivery objectives are:
- Align community mental health teams to the primary care network
- Implement a clear entry route into core community mental health services
- Support the creation, review and implementation of a Trusted Assessment Process in core community mental health teams.
- Build a neighbourhood approach to Community Mental Health support with our Voluntary Community Social Enterprise (VCSE) partners.
- Develop the CMHT Model of Care to clearly communicate with the public and our partners what we deliver within the CMHT.

Responsible for operational delivery of the transformation programme on a day to day basis,
Implement changes to clinical care packages following assessment of pathways within the transformation programme,
Lead on clinical service development problem solving and identification of solutions in a structured way.
Support in the delivery of the programme approach and gaining buy in from key stakeholders.
Manage and facilitate workshops using best practice approaches.
Responsible for communicating service-related information to senior managers, staff, external agencies and the public.

You will be expected to give regular presentations and use a wide range of communication skills to discuss sensitive changes to teams, job roles and responsibilities as well as changes to clinical practice.
Oversee all workforce management requirements including recruitment, disciplinary, grievance, PDR, talent management etc. This may include providing disciplinary outcomes, commencing performance management processes and managing organisational change projects
Alongside colleagues, identify areas for improvement and best practice for wider application and promoting the adoption of new ways of working.
Be able to adjust as necessary to respond to internal and external change
Work alongside the CMHT Programme Implementation Manager, Service Director, Deputy Service Director and other Operational Leads and stakeholders such as Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to ensure that services are of a high quality, help to improve the outcomes for patients and meet all standards for safety; ensuring that these can be demonstrated
Work with the CMHT Programme Implementation Manager, Service Director, Deputy Service Director and other Operational Leads to ensure governance and compliance with Trust policies
Ensure designated services within portfolio have a comprehensive and up to date business continuity and transformation plan.
Supporting the redesign of patient pathways that meet the needs of the local population, provide best value for money and meet organisational and/or national strategic objectives.
