Job summary
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference to the welfare of health and care workers across Gloucestershire by supporting their accommodation needs.
You will be proactive, empathetic and solution focused, supporting and signposting health are care staff who have accommodation needs and challenges.
Whether that be helping international staff navigate the local rental housing market or establishing professional working relationships with local housing developers and providers, this role, working with local and regional partners, will be a focus for health and care workers across the county who need assistance with securing accommodation.
Main duties of the job
You will have a good understanding of the rented housing sector, be able to establish and maintain constructive relationships and manage your own workload responding to staff needs and priorities.
The role will require travel across the county. You will be proficient using data and technology, including communicating via social media innovatively and safely.
