Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrators to join our friendly Admin Team based at Weavers Croft, Stroud.
They will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective and comprehensive service, by assisting clinical staff who care for people who experience severe and enduring mental health illness and learning disabilities.
As a main point of contact for service-users, GPs and other healthcare professionals, the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service is an essential part of this post. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. However, I welcome applications from experienced administrators/secretaries who have previously provided administration support to multiple staff/teams.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to maintain Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work.

The post holder must possess a competent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
Main duties of the job
About You
The successful candidate will provide a high level confidential administrative support to Community Mental Health and Learning Disability Teams and will need to maintain Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work. They will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective administrative service in order to assist clinical staff to ensure that services meet the operational needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team players with excellent organisational skills who can sustain quality in their document production, work collaboratively with colleagues to manage the workload on a day-to-day basis, and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Minute taking experience would be an advantage.
Previous NHS experience would be an advantage.
