We are excited to announce that we have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our busy Leadership & Organisational Development Team.
The post holder will be supporting a variety of different projects that have competing demands, meaning each day will be different.
The successful applicant will need to be flexible, have the ability to keep calm under pressure, excellent communication and IT skills.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to:
- Communicate with a variety of people on a range of matters keeping accurate & complete records consistent with the Trust's policies & procedures
- Provide & receive complex & sensitive information to work colleagues & clients
- Carry out admin, including promotion of events & initiatives relating to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, colleague Health & Wellbeing, Leadership & Development & Staff Engagement events & activities
- Ensure all admin duties enable colleagues to attend & complete mandatory training as appropriate to the post
- Maintain quality in own work & prioritise own workload & organise own work to meet timescales
- Act in ways that; support equality & value diversity. Treat everyone with whom you come in contact; with dignity & respect & recognise & report behaviour that undermines equality and diversity
- Input & store data & information & collect, collate & report routine & simple data/information
- Undertake senior office admin duties as required, through the provision of an effective telephone & emailing service
- Provide admin support to the department
- Be responsible for forward planning of resources to operate service, including or ordering of service materials/resources, processing invoice payments & booking rooms
- Create formal reports using database & spreadsheets as requested
- Be able to work to deadlines
