An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of administrative support staff in the Cheltenham Integrated Community Teams (ICT). The role involves providing essential administrative support functions to ensure the provision of quality community health for adults in the locality. You will be working alongside a range of clinical and professional staff as part of a knowledgeable administrative team, supporting managers with various administration tasks. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective provision of administration services for all teams within ICT, while we help provide development opportunities for you. Main duties of the job
The role is extremely varied and requires the ability to deal with a wide range of duties. Supporting the Admin Lead the successful candidate will contribute to the continuing development of administrative support within this fast-paced environment and supporting the wider ICT teams.
Applicants should evidence an ability to be calm under pressure and a willingness to undertake and learn new tasks. A range of communication skills, verbal and written, are essential for this role as is the ability to manage challenging deadlines.
This role will involve significant manual handling with stock delivery weekly
